Rather than scolding teens for frolicking, give them the resources to treat sex as a multi-disciplinary experiential learning activity.

This will have two effects:
(a) teens who would otherwise have lagged in academic and intellectual development, will prosper
(b) the next generation will learn about sex intelligently, and so have a healthier sex lives, and therefore have happier families and more intellectual confidence and creativity.

Is it feasible?  Will teens choose to learn from educational materials?  Teens want to be able to woo with words, to be smart, so they will prefer intelligent erotica to boring smut.
